Locally Owned. Built for Southeast Basements.

Every Basement Medic location is locally owned and operated by neighbors who know your soil, your storms, and the homes on your street. When your basement floods, you don’t want corporate — you want a crew that can be there this week. Pick your area below to find the team nearest you.

Where Basement Medic Works

No two Southeast markets share the same basement. Red clay, sandy loam, river-bottom silt — the ground under a foundation changes block to block, and so does the way water leans on the wall. Each location below is run by a local crew that knows the dirt under their own feet, so the fix is built for that basement, not a regional template.

Basement Medic of Atlanta

The basement-heavy north metro — Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, and Sandy Springs, out through the Cobb, Cherokee, and Forsyth foothills. Georgia red clay holds water against the block, and the hills are where the finished basements are.

Basement Medic of Columbia

Lexington, Irmo, and Chapin, along the Lake Murray hillsides. The Midlands runs to slab and crawl space, so basements are scarce here. The walk-out lower levels on those sloping west-side lots are exactly the ones we're built for.

Same Crews, Same Standards

Our markets are run by the team behind Crawlspace Medic, who have worked these same cities for years. Crawlspace Medic handles crawl spaces; Basement Medic handles basements. Same crews, same standards. Read more about Basement Medic.
