Basement Medic is new. The crews are not. We are owned and run by the same team behind Crawlspace Medic, who have spent years under and around homes across the Southeast chasing water down to where it gets in. Crawlspace Medic works crawl spaces. Basement Medic works basements. Same people, same standards, pointed at one harder problem.
A basement is not a bigger crawl space. It is finished, livable space, and a wet one costs more than a damp dirt floor ever will. The drainage, the wall reinforcement, the year-round moisture, all of it asks for a crew that does basements every week. We started Basement Medic so basements would have that crew.

How We Think About Water
There’s No Such Thing as 100% Waterproof.
Here is the honest physics. You cannot seal a basement shut against a saturated yard and 50 inches of rain a year. What you can do is divert the water. You let it in at a controlled point and get it out as fast as it shows up. Everything we build follows from that one idea.
It is also why we stay product-agnostic. Our competitors are tied to one patented drainage system they have to sell, whether or not it suits your wall. We are not. We source the right material for the basement in front of us. We also trench beside and below the footer instead of dropping a drainage system on top of it. That single detail decides whether the footing your house rests on stays solid or quietly washes out from under it. We will not cut that corner to save an hour of labor.
